         First grade is an exciting year of lots of "firsts". You will absolutely be amazed by how much the children will learn and grow this year. We will learn how to add, subtract, tell time, count money, and many other exciting things. 
         I am excited to have your child in my class. It is my goal to make every child feel important and valued, not only by me but by the rest of the class. Please feel free to contact me if you have any problems or questions throughout the year.
